HISTORY: As J R House International Incorporated See It

HISTORY

To fully understand what “we the people” are dealing with, we must first understand how America began with human trafficking. Yes, we are all painfully aware of the labor trafficking of blacks primarily, as well as other races that were trafficked here too. What most are unaware of, was the domestic human sex trafficking that took place at the time. This goes to the current mindset. Women rarely were able to hold jobs or own property. They were at a grave disadvantage. Lobbyists took advantage of this opportunity to “prostitute” the disenfranchised women to the law makers for their agenda to be past. This was at the very inception of this country and many participated and few did not. Those that looked the other way are just as complicit as those that participated and even more so to those selling. The ones that looked the other way that had the power to stop this wickedness condoned and came into agreement with what was happening by doing nothing, thus being the “father” of what is occurring today in America concerning domestic human sex trafficking. This produced a mindset. The one that could have made a difference and did not, had the most to lose. They in turn blamed the victim. This attitude has been passed down through the centuries and is greatly faced today in courts, police stations, media, and polluted through the public. Some areas are showing a change in trend, but the core has not been addressed.  It is time to not look the other way. It is time to stop passing the blame to the one who has been hurt and heinously wronged. It is time to take ownership. It is time to take a righteous stand and hold accountable those that commit the crime and those that give allegiance to it by looking the other way. It is time to help our negligent society face these facts and stand up to fight for what is right for our fellow brothers and sisters. We can no longer continue to allow this to happen time and time again expecting different results. That is insanity at its core. Instead let's choose to learn from our mistakes and evolve. Bringing freedom and peace to these individuals that are suffering. They are worth it just like I was and am.

I am Alexandria Dean, and I am no longer a victim nor a survivor. I am Redeemed, which means I am no longer in danger, but rather I am safe and am healed. I was sexually abused by my father starting when I was in diapers and domestic human sex trafficked by my mother when I was 11 until I was 15 years old. My mother got me hooked on drugs and then detoxed me at home because she did not want anyone knowing what she was doing with me. It also looked bad to have her daughter on drugs. So, as you can see, I have walked similarly to those that I am assisting, and this brings hope to them to know that someone made it out.

Now that we understand fully what has brought us here, we have a responsibility to no longer look the other way. While I recognize many things must change, my people are still very much in need. We can help now. We cannot fix everything all at once, but we can affect one person at a time. One person can impact 10 around them. Here I am. I have walked this road to healing. Now, it is time to give back. J R House Inc has successfully rescued a precious 9-year old by assisting the mother in standing up to her trafficker while assisting another victim of the same trafficker to do the same. We can do this and we are.
